A cosy 35-square-meter apartment, perfect for 2 people, located on the basement level (-1) of a historic building without an lift. The apartment is located in the centre of Florence (ZTL), 500 metres from Piazza San Marco and the University of Florence. It is also just over a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and the historic centre.

The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses), dining table, sofa, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating (wall-mounted electric heaters), fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: To reach the apartment, you must go down a flight of stairs; please also note that there is a step at the entrance to the living room.

The apartment keys can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the KeyNest pickup point, which will be communicated to you after booking along with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pickup point is located near the apartment. Upon check-out, the keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pickup point.



Note: You must complete the online document registration and check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



The apartment is located 500 metres from St. Mark’s Square and just a 7-minute walk from the Accademia Gallery (where you can admire Michelangelo’s David and many of the artist’s other works) and St. Mark’s Basilica, adjacent to the Art Museum of the same name. A 10-minute walk takes you past the Palazzo Medici Riccardi to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Baptistery of San Giovanni. The location is ideal: all the city’s main attractions are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.
