This apartment was in a great location with great amenities. The bedroom and kitchen were amazing. The only thing was a weird smell throughout the whole apartment that we couldn't seem to get out and the shower water being cold. Otherwise, it was great and I definitely recommend!

This spade is a perfect location for anyone traveling to Florence. The check in process was wonderful and the accommodations, prestine. There was a hot water issue that needed to be attended to, and was. Be prepared with items you need as house was not stocked with toilet paper, paper towels etc.

A week in Beautiful Florence

This was perfectly located for a dozen amazing museums and some excellent food. Once the windows were closed and the very good air conditioning was on, it was quiet and cool in the middle of a warm week. All the appliances were new and the place was spotless. The only improvement we suggest is that communication with the management be improved. Despite numerous attempts to make meaningful contact through VRBO during the previous week, we were only certain that we had a place to stay the moment we arrived at the door. This was frustrating. Once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and everything was fine.

One flight of stairs, great location

The only issue was the towel rack did not work. Fortunately, we didn't need to dry out towels as our stay was short. Other than that, the place was great.

Excellent stay near everything

Great apartment near the museums, restaurants, stores, etc. Quiet and cozy. Only things to consider, fairly steep stairs, be prepared for that. Also, if you are not a smoker, it's hard to have the windows open. The shop owners and passersby smoke constantly and it drifts into the apartment. These are minor considerations depending on guests. Otherwise, absolutely lovely place.

The property while nice was very dirty! There were bugs smashed on the walls and it just didn’t feel clean. Most places provide a little bit of a welcoming, tea and coffee! This places provided nothing! Asked us to take the trash out, but still I’m charged a cleaning fee! I would not recommend!

The apartment was dirty, we even found dead cockroaches!! There was a smell of sewer that was in every room and nothing could get rid of it. We were given 2 towels each towels and when we asked for more they asked us for 15 dollars!! Absurd. In the end , since I complained, they gave us the towels for free. We were also not given the bed sheet the and were asked for 15 dollars for those too. The bathroom smelled and the entire apartment was dark and dank. Would never recommend!!
