Antes de tudo no exato momento do check-in fomos obrigados pelo hospedeiro a mudar da PIAZZA SANTO SPIRITO para VIA SANTA MARIA totalmente fora do contrato inicial. Também não foram fornecidos os recibos dos pagamentos efetuados em espécie a título de taxa de limpeza e impostos municipais. Durante o período de hospedagem as toalhas e roupas de cama também não foram trocadas.

Prima di tutto lamento la non chiarezza del sito al momento della prenotazione: il prezzo a lettere cubitali era compreso tasse e oneri e poi, una volta effettuato il pagamento, mi si dice che in loco dovrò pagare anche 100 euro per le pulizie e la tassa di soggiorno (era scritto minuscolo in una parte sperduta della pagina). Arriviamo al numero 20 di Piazza Santo Spirito, attendiamo il gestore e al suo arrivo ci viene comunicato che dobbiamo spostarci al numero 6 per un problema tecnico relativo all'acqua calda. Ci dobbiamo sorbire 80 gradini (quella prenotata era al secondo piano) e arriviamo in un appartamento sicuramente spazioso, con camere da letto pulite e arredamenti nuovi, ma soggiorno e cucina non corrispondenti alle foto. Il problema grosso si presenta al momento dell'utilizzo dell'acqua calda: la caldaia andava continuamente in blocco e necessitava il reset ogni 5 minuti e, cosa ancora più grave, dal secondo bagno l'acqua fuoriusciva marrone e poi gialla. Abbiamo cercato di contattare il gestore e inviato il video, ma ha risposto ad un nostro messaggio a tarda sera, dicendo che l'indomani mattina avrebbe contattato urgentemente l'amministratore. Era il 15 maggio sera, siamo partiti il 19 mattina (le chiavi ci avevano detto di lasciarle in casa) e ancora aspettiamo che qualcuno ci risolva il problema o che si faccia sentire per vedere se era tutto apposto.. Sicuramente un'esperienza da non ripetere e sicuramente non consigliamo questa struttura.
