Beautiful and spacious apartment with 4 double bedrooms, located in Via Gino Capponi, in the most fashionable area of the historic center: a truly magnificent property, able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, which will give a whole other flavor to your Florentine stay.



This beautiful apartment, on the first floor of a historic building, was completely renovated just a few months ago with fine finishes, in order to preserve the splendid period details, and decorated with beautiful antiques. Bright and quiet, with its imposing heights and large windows, the apartment welcomes you in a truly elegant atmosphere, which combines the most modern comforts with the elegance of the past.

The Sunshine Apartment Spectacular is spacious and has some charming features. The bathrooms, kitchen, and high ceilings with ample room to stretch out are its highlights. Our group had troubles with the air conditioning working intermittently, despite following guidelines for turning it off when out and about. Bed pillows and couches should be updated. Lastly, the reading area experienced a ceiling leak and paint/plaster fell on the floor with no attempt from the property manager to clean the spill.

Not Bad, But Not Great

The apartment itself was very nice, however the beds were all hard as rock. The traffic on the street made sleeping even harder, even with windows closed. It was also further from the center of town than anticipated.
