Featuring a large balcony, equipped with table and chairs, with stunning panoramic view of the historic city center. The apartment consists of two large rooms with two large beds, two bathrooms with shower, separate kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking, large living room with sofa bed and adjoining dining room. The apartment is very quiet and has a great location as place near the station of Santa Maria Novella and a short walk from the historic center and the Old Bridge. Nearby: pizzeria, ice cream shop, ATM, bakery, mini-market, shops and boutiques, restaurants, all types of equipment that will become your stay more enjoyable. Possibility to park the car in the nearby Garage Europa (about €25 per day) or riverside with parking meter. CLEANING FEE: € 60. AIR CONDITIONG on request: € 10 per night. The indicated price is intended for the whole apartment for 4 guests; from the fifth person is a surcharge of € 15,00 per person. I know this review is extremely late, but I would be remiss if I didn’t finally do this. We stayed in late May, early June. The apartment had everything we needed, was very spacious, extremely clean, and had beautiful views!! Chiara and the apartment manager, I’m sorry but I don’t remember her name, were so accommodating!
