The apartment is located in a beautiful 19th-century building. The living area is on two levels, a 'living area with two sofas and TV and a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, thanks to the 3 double bedrooms . It has a full bathroom with shower, a small half bath. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. If you are planning to drive to the apartment, please contact me for information on private parking in the area. HEATING REGULATIONS: In accordance with Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, for the 2022-2023 winter season, the Municipality of Florence is permitted to operate heating systems from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
