Amazing hotel! Reception was very nice and our room was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They had a mini bar, room service, pillow service, and laundry service, which was all very convenient. It is right by a market if you need anything and right next to the tram/bus station, so transportation was easy.

We reserved a room for one night of our 10 day holiday in Florence. We did not have our passports with us (we have copies and original driving licence) but the manager would not allow us to stay. No refund offered. Our passports were in the safe of our main hotel for safety. We were not aware of rule that original passport needed to be provided. We had to book a hotel elsewhere in Clorence.

Very good hotel close by Stazione Leopolda. Big rooms and very fine services. They coupd work a bit on the breakfast, is very simple for the general offer. My advice is having a bit more choices and a bit higher level
