All major attractions can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The apartment features an open-space living area and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a modern counter; the bedrooms include a single room and a double room, the latter with separable beds and a private bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. In the event of lost or failed keys, a €50 lock replacement fee will be charged for security reasons. For urgent repairs caused by the guest outside of office hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), a €100 fee will be charged. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area and is not accessible by car. If you are planning to drive to the apartment, please contact me for information on private parking in the area. HEATING REGULATIONS: In accordance with Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, for the 2022-2023 winter season, the Municipality of Florence is permitted to operate heating systems from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
