Great Experience! What a great stay! This apartment is located steps away from Duomo and is in the heart of the city. Yes, the reviews are right, it’s loud, but any short amount of research of this area would eliminate the surprise. If you are looking for uninterrupted sleep, look elsewhere. If you are however looking for a true experience in the heart of Florence, this apartment is perfect. The apartment is walking distance to everything including main tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars and the train station. The apartment itself was lovely. When we checked in we noticed that our bed was broken. I emailed the property and it was fixed immediately. Since this is not a hotel I was a bit concerned about contact with the property if something came up, however my worries were instantly relieved upon booking. My questions were answered in a timely manner and communication with the property owners was clear, consistent, and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment or Keys of Italy.
