Sleeping area with bedroom and bathroom, living area with dining table, sofa, kitchenette and laundry area. This nice studio apartment consists of \- a double bedroom \- private bathroom with shower \- a bright living room with dining table, relaxation area with sofa and TV \- a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, utensils and crockery \- laundry corner Comfortable and functional, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (in the living room), washing machine and Wifi. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
