The place is run down, with the cheapest plastic furniture. It needs real attention. Agent was responsive but after that no word. The hot water wasn’t working and nobody was there to help despite us texting. We ran it for 10 minutes and it didn’t turn on. I don’t think the heaters worked as well. There was a mosquito problem. Our kids got a lot of bites. The couch outside had tiny ted bugs crawling around. Although mentioned, the stairs up to the top floor were tough. Low water pressure in bathroom. There was a window from the shower to the bedroom which was crazy.
