San Gallo Apartment - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Apartment in a strategic position, in the central Via San Gallo on the second floor of an ancient building of the late '800 without elevator. The apartment, recently renovated, consists of a bright living area with dining table, kitchenette, sofa and TV.  The apartment features two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom, a common bathroom with shower and a laundry area.           
The apartment is very quiet with pleasant views of the courtyard and the cityscape.                                            
The apartment combines modern elements, with beamed ceilings and a characteristic Florentine terracotta floor.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
