  • Wonderful apartment located in a small building in Viale Fratelli Rosselli, a stone's throw from the central station Santa Maria Novella, a short distance from the Duomo and Palazzo della Signoria. Extremely bright and spacious, it consists of three large bedrooms, one double bedroom and two single beds bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofa bed and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The property, located on the first floor without elevator, is equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, wi-fi, kettle, oven. The unique location allows you to visit all the historical center of Florence comfortably by foot. The area is well served, full of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, it's also located really close to the Arno river, where it is possible to enjoy wonderful walks.
