A gentle walk to the architectural masterpiece that is Florence’s iconic Duomo (but a little more effort is required to reach the top!), and close to the Basilica and sunny Piazza Santa Croce, and to the overwhelmingly spectacular, statue-dominated Piazza della Signoria for a generous helping of people-watching and a dose of Dolce Vita. A short stroll along the nearby Ponte alle Grazie bridge crossing the Arno to the wonderful Pitti Palace and its treasures, the bucolic Boboli Gardens, and the unmatched city vistas from the Piazzale Michelangelo. The apartment is HUGE and immaculate. All of the fixtures, furniture, and appliances were top of the line with even some custom pieces made specifically for the space. On top of all of this, the customer service and communication was way beyond expectation. Not only were they tremendously responsive, they were proactive, thoughtful, helpful, and kind. They even have an onsite office with a manager and other helpful staff. Thankfully they have other properties in other parts of the country as I will only stay with them whenever I travel to Italy. The unit is beautiful, with high end finishes/appliances/etc. It is well stocked with dishes and cookware so that we could easily eat breakfast and lunch at home every day. Conad City grocery store was an easy walk to purchase groceries for our stay. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were adequate laundry facilities. Air conditioning was excellent, and very necessary for the 90 plus degree days we were experiencing at the time of our visit. The location is excellent-close to numerous shops/restaurants. Everything was outstanding! The location is superb near the Arno river, yet it was a short walk to all of the Florence sights we wanted to visit. The apartment had beautiful furnishings and was large enough to give our family more than enough space. You won’t find a better 3BD/3 BA apartment in Florence than this one!! Cecilia and staff were so welcoming and always available to us via text/cell phone. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back and stay here in the future. ##### Wendy E.
