Disliked: Communication
While the host communicated well prior to arrival, once onsite this deteriorated. We arose the second morning to no hot water in one bathroom and immediately reached out. When he responded after 2 hours it was only to ask us to send pictures of the boiler. Since we’d already left the apartment for the day, I responded that wasn’t possible but he was welcome to go inside. There was no communication from him despite sending pictures late that evening when the hot water still didn’t work. It wasn’t until several hours after vacating the apartment that he responded saying they had come in to fix the problem. No communication about how things worked. Good location.
