The apartment is located in via de Neri, the road that connects Piazza Santa Croce with Piazza della Signoria, where Palazzo Vecchio is located and very close to the Uffizi Gallery. You will be in the heart of Florence! 2nd floor apartment without lift in an important historic building. The apartment consists of a long corridor, eat-in kitchen equipped with all major appliances, a sitting room with sofa, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with sink and toilet.
Suitable for a group of friends or a family who want to spend a short time in the fantastic city of Florence.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Superb location in Florence

It was great! They started communication days in advance, guiding me all the time. They even called in case I needed to do an early check in, the customer service was great and the staff very polite and helpful.
