Marzocco is a lovely three rooms apartment in the lively residential area of Novoli, away from the chaos of the historical center but well connected thanks to Tramvia - Florence\'s surface metro.

It\'s on the seventh floor of the building (with elevator) so it\'s luminous and removed from the noise of the street below.

The apartment is composed of three rooms: two ample bedrooms and a kitchen, with microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker and boiler. The private bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

The whole apartment is climatized, and is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, as well as hairdryer, clothes iron and ironing board, plus unlimited highspeed WiFi.
