Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Location was amazing. Beds were so comfy I'd like to take them home! AC worked well. Nice and quiet area while also being steps from the Duomo. Highly recommend staying here. 11 min walk from the train station. The entrance is directly beside the Hard Rock Cafe so was tricky to find initially but now really easy to get back to.

It has a very quaint and authentic Italy feeling, so it’s old, but has so much charm, it’s one of a kind. Franko was very friendly & helpful with getting us checked in and giving us local dining options. Thank you for a lovely stay in Florence.

I will stay here anytime I visit Florence. The location was perfect—an equal distance to the bus station (we took a few winery day trips) and the furthest parts of the city, so you could easily walk everywhere. The manager was incredibly reachable and responsive, and if you reach out ahead of time, can drop your bags off early (at an agreed upon time). The room was perfect! It was huge and had a huge bathroom. I loved that it was not a traditional hotel, because it felt like going back to your Italian apartment at the end of the day rather than a hotel. Cannot recommend enough!!

Good stay in nice rooms

Great location and beautiful rooms! Definitely more modern. Beds very comfortable and everything clean! Literally next door to the Hard Rock Cafe. Negative or Positive however you look at that. Bathroom shower is tiny and no counter space. Minimal amenities, one day of bottled water. Instant coffee packets. Overall nice stay, would consider it in the future.

The location is very good, and the check-in was nice with recommendations for visiting Florence. The room was overall okay, not very clean and the floor was dusty. Also, the hot water lasted for less than an hour when we both wanted to take a shower (during late December) Overall okay for the price

This property was located in the heart of the city of Florence. Everything from restaurants, shopping and tourist spots are within short walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Communication is mainly done thru Whatsapp, and detailed responses are given right away. I highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy exploring the city of Florence.

Accueil déplorable.

Accueil déplorable. L'hôtel prévient qu'il n'y a pas de réception, j'avais donc écrit et appelé en amont pour vérifier que nous pouvions arriver à midi déposer nos bagages, ce à quoi on m'avait répondu par oral et par écrit que oui bien évidemment car il y avait quelqu'un jusqu'à 15H. Sauf qu'à notre arrivée il n'y avait personne, nous avons appelé, et avons eu une réponse au bout de plusieurs fois: on nous indique que quelqu'un arrive dans 5min... personne n'arrivant, nous avons du rappeler plusieurs fois, à chaque fois on nous répondait que la personne arrivait dans 5min..nous avons attendu 50minutes! une personne nonchalante est arrivée et nous a incendiés, nous disant qu'elle nous "faisait une faveur en venant" (!!). Odieuse. Le reste du séjour était bien, n'oubliez pas les boules quies pour pouvoir dormir car l'insonorisation tant sur les autres chambres que sur la rue n'est pas bonne.

The staff were very congenial, but the tripe of set up made it difficult to speak to anyone, no regular staff, had to contact by text, or other. The hotel was clean and we had enough space, and storage for our clothes, and luggage. The bed was OK, bathroom was very nice, and spacious! Enjoyed being able to open the main window, and bath window, though it was noisy on that street, particularly with construction a couple of blocks away. Great location, close to Duomo, palazzo’s, etc. no breakfast place here, but able to eat nearby, and in our room, we had food from a market. Beautiful city, friendly people, great vacation!

O local em si é ótimo e super bem localizado. Os pontos fracos são: há um lance de escadas para subir com as malas até chegar ao elevador. Outro ponto fraco é que, por ser localizado em cima do Hard Rock Cafe, há música muito alta até meia noite.

Sehr gute Empfangspersonal / Management. Sehr nett und freundlich. Sie haben uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben, kennen die guten und schönen "nicht-touristischen" Restaurants. Einfach toll. Location: Perfekt. Ungefähr 200 Meter vom " Zimmer: Sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Empfehlung? Ja, eine sehr starke Empfehlung ohne Einschränkungen.

Arriving by train the location was very close but right in the centre of Florence so we walked. Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio all within a few minutes by foot. Lots to see and do
