If it wasn't for the location, we would probably leave. Broken shower door replaced by curtain, mold in shower, big water heater shared with another apartment so it goes off whenever someone else turns on hot water, dust, headrest covered with some never-washed blanket, stained walls... Its location was great, it was just 100 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and near the main shopping street and the Duomo. It was a perfect spot to stay for a few days and see Florence. I highly recommend!One mistake I made was missing the checkout time by 1 minute. It is an electronic system through the phone check out, and it will automatically lock you out after the intended time.
