Situação horrível. Procuramos na reserva e não dizia nada que o banheiro era fora do quarto. Faltou clareza. Honestidade nas informações. Triste. Atrapalhou meu Réveillon. Outro ponto negativo é o café da manhã. Servido no estabelecimento próximo (até aí não houve problemas pra nós) era composto de uma bebida (café, capuccino, café com leito) e um item do mostruário (croassaint ou sanduíche). Fizemos a reserva esperando um café da manhã. Em suma... nunca mais Il salimbeco. Foram 30 dias em B&B na Itália e esse foi disparado a pior experiência. O estabelecimento é bonito, a área é ótima... mas faltou clareza e detalhes das informações. I had such a wonderful and comfortable stay in Locanda il Salimbecco. The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. Matteo was so friendly and helpful, when I arrived early, he let me leave my suitcase with him at the nearby restaurant Fermento until my room was ready. Great central location in the city, would absolutely stay here again. Check-in was unclear. You have to go inside the pizzeria to check in or out, but the staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage when we arrived early and offered a discount at the restaurant (which was delicious!). Breakfast was a voucher for coffee (or tea), juice, and a pastry (random) a few doors down--adequate to get the day going. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean--loved it! My teens especially loved sleeping in the loft. What we did not love was the wifi--hard to get a connection, couldn't stay connected more than a few minutes, and extremely slow--very frustrating. Overall stay was good. It was slightly difficult to locate the hotel at first but once located, location was ideal for Florence. Our room was a separate from the toilet and we will need to get out of our room to get to the toilet. It was slightly troublesome but all is good. Do not count on the Wifi, it is horrible so do have a SIM card if you need to stay connected. Eingecheckt wird in der Bar im EG. Frühstück(ital.)gibt es in der Bar neben an. Lecker Kaffee, Saft und eine Brötchen. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.
