Great location!

It’s hard to climb up three floors with luggage! Bathroom is separated from the room. Taxi driver charged us €5 for the phone call made by the hotel for us. What is the under tabled deal there?

Ein echt schönes Hotel!

Wir wurden kurzerhand ins gegenüberliegende Hotel umgebucht. Gehören beide zusammen, war ein Stern mehr, mit Bad im Zimmer ... ohne Aufpreis. Einfach so! Das Zimmer war riesig, Bad und Dusche auch.

The hotel was very old and in poor condition.

The hotel was in poor condition. Very old and not very clean. There was no lift and a very long 2 flights of stairs. Breakfast was across the street at another hotel. One day they ran out of food before we had breakfast. The location was not bad. The front desk was not very helpful. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Family trip in Florence

Welcoming staff. Since the room wasn't ready yet because we arrived before check-in, it was nice to be able to leave our luggage in a locked room. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great with lots of options. The location was amazing; calm street but near everything by foot

Too many wrongs to have any rights....

Let me start by saying, the hotel communication is ZERO. I left my sunglasses on the bed on checkout, prescription ones, contacted within 2 hours of realising this, ZERO reply. So if you lose your property then its tough luck, its theirs for the keeping. Check in was slow. We were 30 minutes early to check in, so the wait was fine. Being kept waiting an hour when we were told 30 minutes wasn't exactly pleasant but we ignored that. The room itself was clean. Mini bar, safe, air con all fine. This is where problems started. The safe is fine, unless you actually want to protect your belongings, because the default pin of 1234 works regardless of the pin you set yourself. So anyone can still get into it. The bathroom is private but next to room 2, which was fine until we realised that the room and building has zero safety. Every key opens all of the doors. The door to room 1 also opened room 2, as well as the bathroom and room 3. So rooms 2&3 can access your room when ever they would like too if they realise this. The key did get changed when we raised these alarms with the owner, but we can't guarantee that rooms 2&3 had their keys changed, so we slept with things against our door to keep us safe. And the front door to the hotel can be pushed open with a little bit of force...no need for a key there! Breakfast has a decent amount to hand. However the coffee tasted off, the milk tasted sour, on both days. Don't waste your time or money...

This is one of a group on the same block, only identified by a tiny plaque on a locked door. It is accessed via the Hotel Azzi opposite, but only guess work found that out! The rooms and facilities bore very little relationship to that advertised on your website. Does anyone from Expedia actually go and check these hotels before accepting them?

Ubicación excepcional. Atentos en la atención. La habitación recién remodelada y muy linda. No habíamos contratado cochera cuando abonamos la estadía pero pudimos utilizarla, nos pareció un poco cara pero muy cómoda. La Recepción del hotel es muy antigua y no me dio buena impresión de entrada pero todo lo demas: muy bien!

Simple and close to the train station

The apartment was simple. The bathroom was outside of the room which was inconvenient but I think it was a private bathroom as the next door apartment had its own bathroom. Breakfast was simple - mostly croissants, breads and hard boiled eggs. It was served in the hotel across the street where reception was also located.

It's in City Center but a terrible place to stay

The only thing good about the hotel is its location. The room was hot and the wooden window was broken. There was no WiFi in the room. Occasionally we could get the WiFi when we tried more than 10 times near the reception. The hotel staff never picked up the phone when called from room. Having accommodated international tourists, there was not a single TV channel that was in English. When the reception guys were asked, they said all channels are in local language. The breakfast was sub-standard with hardly any menu items being replenished. There was just one person in the kitchen when the breakfast room was filled with tourists. Many were disappointed with the service.

Der größte Vorteil is die Position. Zu Fuß leicht erreichbar vom Bahnhof und das Zentrum usw ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu finden ist es jedoch sehr schwer bzw. haben die Häuser zwei verschiedene Hausnummern und wir brauchten lange um wirklich die richtige Adresse zu finden. Das angebliche Doppelbett waren in unserem Fall übrigens zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbett, was schon sehr ärgerlich war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für italienische Verhältnisse auch sehr reichhaltig. Lärmempfindlich darf man auch nicht sein, vor allem die Geräusche des Nachbarn im Bad sind sehr stark wahrnehmbar. Im Groß und Ganzen kann mans für zwei Nächte schon irgendwie aushalten, auch wenn die Sauberkeit auch etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ.

한가지 주의해야될건 구글지도보고 따라가면 안된다 호텔 Azzi를 찍고 가야한다 (리셉션 공용) 아침도 무료제공치고 너무 훌륭했고 건물은 따로 떨어져있지만 가격대비 정말 만족스러웠다 특히 지금까지 중에 직원들이 하나같이 다 너무 친절했다...옆 건물 꼭대기까지 내 무거운 캐리어들고 가주신 분은 처음이다
