This charming apartment is ideally located between two lovely parks, only a 10-minute walk from Florence SMN railway station, the historic center, and all the city's top attractions. With excellent tram and bus connections and the Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Center practically at your doorstep, you'll have everything you need. Plus, if you're driving, you'll appreciate the nearby garage or covered parking options. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building dating back to the early '900s and can be reached by climbing 44 comfortable steps. Bright and fully soundproofed, it boasts spacious parquet floor rooms around the central living room with colourful walls, a writing desk, a large flat-screen TV, a safe and free WI-FI all around. It sleeps up to 6 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed and two double or twin-bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom (1 step), one with bathtub and the other one with shower-box. Fully equipped kithcen with a full gas cooker, double sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen, one can also access a small terrace where the washing machine is located and where it is allowed to smoke (the inside of the apartment is strictly for non smokers).
