Luxury apartment, about 85 m2 located on the 6th and top floor of a historic Florentine building overlooking the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistery. Completely renovated, equipped with lift, air conditioning, single heating, wi-fi, all the fine furnishings, it is composed of:
1 double bedroom with view of the Duomo and bell tower with armchair, desk, cable and satellite TV;
1 bedroom overlooking the Duomo and Bell Tower with two single beds and exclusive bathroom, equipped with a sofa, desk, cable TV;
entrance;
2nd bathroom;
1 living room with double sofa bed, cable and satellite TV;
1 fully equipped kitchen;
1 technical compartment with pill and washer dryer.
Thanks to a small staircase you reach the upper floor where we find a large shared terrace with panoramic views over most of the city. From the terrace you have the impression of touching the Duomo, the Campanile and the Baptistery of Florence, located a few meters from the building. The central area allows you to enjoy all the services of the city of Florence such as: the historic center with its countless monuments, prestigious shops, restaurants, bars, department stores. The area is also served by taxi service, car rental, bike rental and more.
We can safely summarize it all with the phrase 'Florence in the palm of your hand'.

The apartment fulfilled all of our needs perfectly. It is well located well appointed and offers spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. Gabrielle and Alessandra were very professional and attentive. We will definitely consider staying at this apartment again if we return to Florence.

Perfection!

This quaint apartment was the perfect place for 2 couples in Florence for three nights. Alessandra met us there to check us in, show us where everything is, etc. on the roof is a little garden area perfect for a glass of wine with the lights of the Duomo nearby. It was a great trip - even in the rain!

Beautiful BnB in Convenient Neighborhood

This property exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable as well as beautifully furnished. The owners have thought of everything that you might need. It is right by the Duomo and within walking distance to most of the major sites. We enjoyed the rooftop area for looking out over the city while enjoying a glass of wine.

We had a wonderful stay, the location couldn't be more convenient to landmarks and great restaurants. Alessandra, the onsite manager was there to greet us, she was an absolute delight and our host was always available if we had any questions. Everything you need, nothing you don't and a rooftop view to go along with it!

Family vacation to Florence

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location allowed us to walk everywhere. The rooftop view was amazing. We also appreciated the local wine in the apartment refrigerator and the American coffee pot. Thanks to the very friendly staff.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Very elegant apartment in an ideal location. Very comfortable for a family with 2 teens. Adorable kitchen and incredible rooftop view! Property management was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic area walkable to museums and public squares. You can hear the bells of Santa Maria Novella starting around 7 AM. We stayed over St. Stephen’s holiday. Lovely stay!

We loved our stay. Easy to check in and grocery, everything nearby. My only tiny recommendation is that the 2 sconce lights in the common room were out. A floor lamp would be helpful too. Otherwise perfecto! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location and View!

We booked this apartment for the view and it did not disappoint! The terrace views of the Duomo and the Florence skyline were fabulous! The location is perfect for anywhere you need to go in Florence. The apartment matched the photos exactly but is even more lovely in person. It was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were high-end. We loved having two bathrooms. Alessandra was such a big help checking us in and helping us throughout our stay. Crescenzo was extremely helpful as well! I would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat but I would stay a lot longer next time. We have very happy memories in this apartment along with our memories of Florence.

We loved our stay here! The rooftop access was incredible with the view of the Duomo and Florence. The apartment was very spacious and we loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return someday! Grazie!
