The apartment is in the historical centre of Florence, in the Oltrarno district, ideally located within walking distance to the main sights of the City Centre (Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio are all within 10 minutes ' walk). If you don't want to go by feet, the bus stop is 50 meters away and in just 5minutes you will be in Piazza Duomo. The apartment, on the ground floor of an ancient Palace is recently renovated and is furnished with care and attention to detail; it comprises entrance hall, living room with sofa bed with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and window and inner court. Sleeps up to 4 adults and a baby. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, telephone, ADSL WiFi connection, all included in the price.

Best Spot in Florence

I honestly cannot recommend this spot enough! It’s a 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and a 5 minute walk to Pitti’s palace and the beautiful Boboli Gardens! Antonella has all the amenities you can think of and she’s a lovely host! If you’re looking for the authentic Italian experience this is your spot. With many local bistros and bars right around the corner. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again.

Amazing stay in Florence!

The property was in a great location it offered all of the best parts about Florence, while at the same time being away from the very tourist heavy areas. The property itself had everything you could need/hope for in a place to stay. It was spacious, clean and had great amenities. The property owner and manager were very communicative and made check in and check out very easy. I have no negative things to say at all. We had a wonderful time in Florence and our stay was made that much better and easier by staying here!

Great location near restaurants, shops, attractions and locals. Perfect space for 2-3 people. The patio was nice but we didn’t use it because it was too chilly outside. Host was responsive and helpful and provided a nice selection of welcome treats.

Beautifully appointed apartment in an awesome location!

My husband and I absolutely loved our 6 nights in this beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed and more. We could walk to everything and yet were away from the crowds. Fantastic apartment

We truly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were provided with all the amenities needed and more!! The apartment was perfectly clean and and tidy, the location was perfect within walking distance of all tourist sites. We enjoyed being in the other side of the bridge as it was quite a bit quieter and better food options as it was a little less touristy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Antonella's apartment. It's located in a very convenient area of Florence and easy walking distance to the centre of the city and its location close by to the Boboli gardens. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Florence including a supermarket a few doors down from the apartment and other surrounding shops and restaurants. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Antonella's assistant who helped us settle in. We highly recommend Antonella's apartment as being a great introduction to the city of Florence.

A perfect stay

The property was perfect in old town Florence. If you are used to modern everyday conveniences with large bathrooms kitchens and living rooms, you may be in for a little surprise. HOWEVER!!! Don’t let that stop you from renting this one. The location and just knowing the village was older and you have a chance to step back in time a bit was so rewarding. We were a perfect walk to most everything and the dinners on the street was so relaxing and healthy. Oh, and as for modern conveniences, the shower water pressure and hot waters were great! The kitchen had everything you may want, too. All in all, a perfect stay to a perfect city.

Great little spot!!!

We were welcomed by the very patient Antonella upon our arrival. After much conversation over several months, it was a pleasure to meet. The apartment was small and cozy; perfect for 2 people. I’ve rented with VRBO for at least a decade, and must say the kitchen was probably one of the best stocked . A nice patio for a sunny day, comfy living room, good internet. I was concerned about noise as the apartment is right on the road, but honestly never heard a sound once we went to bed, and I’m an early sleeper. All in all, I would definitely rent again.

First visit to Florence

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for a couple. The bathroom was small but it worked for us. Please be aware if you have mobility issues there may be concerns with the bathroom since there are steps. We had one small maintenance issue but it was very quickly resolved. The location was very good. All we needed to do was step outside and turn to walk into the city. You are on a busy street so there is street noise although the location is part of that. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us for a few days.

Best VRBO experience yet

This is, by far, the best VRBO experience I’ve had yet. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and a gift of a bottle of wine was even included. All appliances/electronics worked as expected. Most importantly, the a/c got ice cold, which is very important to me (I found this to be rare in Italy). This was the only place I stayed at in Italy where there were no issues with the wifi. Shower got hot fast and stayed hot. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. Andrea was so friendly and helpful. Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the city center, but it’s not a bad walk at all. I actually enjoyed this area because I found it to be a little more peaceful and a good escape from the hustle and bustle. I will definitely be returning to Florence and will make it a point to stay here again.
