Hotel Cardinal of Florence was the perfect hotel for us to stay for four days. The service was fantastic, our room was very spacious and the rooftop patio was delightful. And it was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do while in Florence. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stairs could pose a problem for some guests. Lovely views from terrace but would have been better if there was some shade. Too hot to sit up there.

Staff at reception excel in customer service. They carry your luggage up the stairs for you arriving and leaving the hotel. They have the option to store your luggage if you arrive early and if you have a late flight out . The terrace is beautiful for photos. All three guys who rotated at reception in our short stay where very friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean and the AC was awesome for the hot weather .
