It was close to amenities and only a short walk to the main sights. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the showers powerful and the air-conditioning very useful! What made the hotel stand out for me was the friendliness of the staff, especially Nayomi. She was so attentive, always there making my coffee at breakfast and chatting about the day ahead. È perfetto per chi vuole fare una piccola vacanza a Firenze, pensando alla visita ai luoghi d'arte della città. La stanza assegnatami era di piccolè dimensioni, lo stesso valeva per il bagno. Attenzione che la persona incaricata reception non è sempre presente perché fanno orario spezzato. Ma basta informarsi per gli orari. (Effettivamente essendo poche stanze non è strettamente necessaria la sua presenza fissa). Personale cordiale e disponibile. It's a clean, efficient and affordable place to stay. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs to actually reach the hotel. Like if you're bringing your 90 year old grandma, this isn't for her. Our room was done all in red. From the walls to the bedspreads-all in red! It can be a little noisy with the walls being thin but the gal at the front desk made our stay very comfortable.
