Outdoor temperature 4 °C, inside barely warmer. Their own technician came and openly said: “The system is broken – it only works in cooling mode for summer.” We slept in sweaters, socks and coats two nights. Bathroom had a strong, persistent gas smell that could not be aired out because windows would make it freezing. Reported immediately, nothing was fixed.
