La piazza è particolarmente animata e piacevole con ristoranti e localini di ogni tipo: ristoranti cucina italiana, etnica e anche angoli per un pasto veloce: l'Antico Vinaio, con le sue schiacciate profumatissime, è ad appena 30 metri. L'edificio è una struttura tipica della zona, l'appartamento è al terzo piano e non c'è ascensore ma la vista è impareggiabile.
