Quiet and bright apartment, with three double bedrooms and living area with fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and service toilet, as well as two other bathrooms, one of which is private. The style is simple and clean with a reference to nature and the greenery of the trees and birds. The location is a stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella station and the San Lorenzo market, ideal for a family or group of friends looking for comfortable central accommodation. The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
