Step into timeless Florentine elegance in this extraordinary 170 sq. mt. (1,829 sq. ft.) apartment, where history, beauty, and comfort come together. The crown jewel of the property is its expansive private terrace, offering breathtaking, postcard-perfect views of the Duomo rising above the terracotta rooftops of Florence—an unforgettable setting for outdoor dining, entertaining, or simply soaking in the city’s magic.  
  
The public bus service in Florence is provided by "Ataf".   
The nearest bus stop to the house is on via della Vigna Nuova, about 3 minutes walking distance, and the bus n° is 6 or 11.  
Otherwise it is always possible to call a taxi calling one of these numbers: +39 0554242 or +39 0554390.  
  
The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, just around the corner from Via Tornabuoni in Via Della Vigna Nuova, considered two of the most prestigious and elegant streets in Florence and famous for their elegant boutiques such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Cavalli. The apartment is also very close to Piazza Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce and the main tourist sites and monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio.  
  
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
