Casa Matta - Sweet Dreams in Florence

  • Casa Matta is a recently renovated authentic Florentine house, perfect for a quiet holiday with the convenience of the tramway just a few steps from the apartment. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette which leads to the private garden, it has a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking. It is located less than 100 meters from the Poggetto stop of the T2 tram line which will take you in a few minutes to the Careggi hospital, in the historic centre, or to the Villa Costanza bus station.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Close to tram and supermarket. The tram ride made it so easy to get to Florence center.Shower curtain too short, means a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower. It was cold in the apartment. No heating in Italy from April until October. Luckily we found a space heater. It helped a little bit.I would choose this apartment again because of its location.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2025
