This apartment is located on the first floor up (with elevator! Very rare feature in downtown Florence!) of a typical building located on Via de Ginori, a nice and lively street just off Piazza San Lorenzo, where the Central Market is located, and two minutes away from Piazza Duomo. The whole place has been recently renovated and redecorated with great taste and attention to detail: contemporary style, wooden floors, light color palette and modern comforts and amenities all contribute to creating a perfect and relaxing environment for your Florentine holiday. Entering the apartment you'll find the lovely and bright living area, equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, dining table, couch and flat screen TV. From the living area, you'll also have access to the wonderful and secluded outdoor terrace, equipped with table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy lovely meals outside. This apartment can accommodate up to four guests thanks to the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. It is very centralized and easy to get to the train station as well. It IS a little loud because of the location (which they note in the description) so we brought a mini white noise machine which helped a lot. We were able to make breakfast in the kitchen easily, and it is located directly next door to a market - super convenient! If we had to make lunch or dinner there, it would have been easy. The smoke detector began beeping with low battery and the master shower had a leak, but we let the property know. Only other request would be darker shades on the windows please! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows, towels, and blankets. Glad to also have had a dishwasher and washing machine for the stay. ##### Elena G.
