The apartment is located in an elegant and quiet residential neighborhood from the early 1900s (Statuto area), very close to the centre, connected by tram to the airport (T1+T2), the station and the city center (T1 or on foot ). Also very close is the Fortezza da Basso/Palazzo dei Congressi exhibition and fair venue (T1 or on foot) and the Careggi Polyclinic (T1). In the nearby Via dello Statuto there is a pharmacy, bank, hairdresser, bar, various shops and an excellent ice cream shop. A large COOP supermarket inside a shopping center is located two tram stops away. The neighborhood is inhabited by many families, you will feel part of the city.
