"Hotel was lovely. Staff fantastic and on the whole the room was great. My only issue at 6ft 4” was no shower and a bath under the slip of the ceiling. But that’s just a personal thing. This is the third time I’ve stayed and will be staying again."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from city buzz."

"The staff were friendly but the room was very poor. It was very dated, small and in need of a huge renovation. The carpet was dirty and there were lots of marks or the furniture and walls. It was clean on the surface but I don’t think it had been deep cleaned for some time. The amenities were also poor."
