"First time visitor in London and glad we chose this hotel. The shower doors could be a tight fit for some to get into but that’s the only partially negative comment I could have. We were 2 petite women in a lower level 2 twin room, so no problem for us and perhaps showers are larger in other rooms. Hotel was very clean, quiet, recently remodeled, front desk kind and always available. Beds were comfy. Cleaning staff came daily but later in the day and did a wonderful job. Street and neighborhood were quiet and safe. About 5-7 min walk to the tube and Hyde Park. Close to breakfast and market places. "
