  • Welcome to Quail Pack North — a luxurious retreat nestled among the majestic Ponderosa Pines. This spacious, three-level home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience. Ideally located just 40 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona, 5 minutes from the University of Arizona, and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, it’s the perfect base for your Northern Arizona adventures.

    Surrounded by nature, nearly every window frames serene views of towering pine trees, and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot “Chip and Dale,” the two playful, pointy-eared squirrels who frequent the trees just outside. The neighborhood, aptly named Ponderosa Trails, is laced with scenic walking and running paths and features a park and playground for kids. Just minutes away, Lake Mary Road leads to both Lake Mary and Mormon Lake—popular spots for outdoor recreation and a favorite route for cyclists and runners alike. Come home to relax on the new spacious decks or soak in the new hot tub.
