Minutes from downtown Flagstaff, hiking and skiing, and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon.

- Two bunk rooms, each with a full + twin bunk bed, ideal for kids or groups
- Two full bathrooms with fresh towels (please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash)

Heating & Cooling
Central heat and AC throughout, except the bedroom on the east side of the house, which has its own room heater and fans instead of AC.

The Game Room
Ping pong, foosball, air hockey, a basketball shootout game and lounge seating.

Guest Access
You'll have the entire home and 3-acre property. The guest house is occupied by a long-term tenant, and the camper in the pasture is not accessible to guests.

Good to Know
- Pets are welcome (pet fee applies)
- The kitchen trash compactor is not for guest use, please use the standard trash can provided
- Use Apple Maps for directions, as Google Maps can route you down the wrong street
