"Breakfast was fresh and had variety. James from the Ibeza pool restaurant was the standout star of the week. We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. Thank you, James and the RIU Panama team. We will definitely return."

"Excellent hotel! It is located in the old colonial city, walkable to everything there. Beautiful property. Safe. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore this city."

"Hotel/Conference Center adjacent to a very large Shopping Mall and to the National Bus Terminal. Across the highway from the main Panama Domestic Airport. Not the most attractive environment. Hotel was clean and had limited choice dining options on site or within the Mall. Transport was by taxi or Uber. I did hear of a Metro system operating from the Bus Station, but didn't utilize it. Hotel was host hotel for an event i was participating in, so that's why I chose it. Had I known the hotel location beforehand, I would have picked a different hotel closer to the event site."

"The room was smaller than I expected, it was clean but a few teenagers that I had to keep killing so they wouldn’t go in my things. The staff was polite and kind. Hardly any English but I used Google Translate so it wasn’t bad. The breakfast was okay, they just needed a wider variety and for it to be hot. The outside of the building would make you not book it if you saw it in person but the interior is very clean and nice. The area looks not so safe, but each time I went outside we were safe so don’t watch the location. There is a nice restaurant across from the casino, the food is great there. As well as a burger cart. The burger slack and it’s for $2.50. My overall experience was good I give them a 4 star. Would go back if I’m traveling to Panama again. I do hope the exterior is upgraded though and them teenagers gone."

"I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.
