It was a family trip for 7 nights, the room was clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good, they were different dishes every morning, also this is very close to the train station and shopping area with many restaurants. I will recommend this hotel, I have stayed there 4 times.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel El Panama. The rooms were cleaned every day, and we always had fresh towels. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We also really enjoyed the breakfast there was such a great variety to choose from. The location was another plus, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable the staff were amazing. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of things available to you. This hotel was really affordable as well. My stay here was really good close to most things I would be returning on my next visit.

Our room was giant and dated with little furniture and extras. Tea and coffee was a one time deal. We often had to ask for water and towels otherwise they wouldn’t be stocked. The reception was slow to respond and at times did not help with basics. ( Water was lukewarm most days with the exception of one day. Breakfast was nice although it had weird themes somedays. Tables were often not completely set so we scrambled to find napkins, sugar, salt and cutlery. The pool was amazing and the water warm. This is the hotel’s best feature. The area has shopping but it gets a little sketchy at night so we always use Uber or ordered in.
