The main level ventilation worked very well in the two bedrooms; did not see a ventilator in the main/kitchen area, just a space heater, so can't say what it would be like in summer.Kitchen could use some better countertop appliances and utensils. Suggested these to Stefano, and he was eager to hear it; he said if tenants don't tell him these things, he cannot know it because he doesn't live there.Laundry is in an outbuilding; washer only, drying rack available.Host Stefano is a wonderful, humble, and sincere person, and yet very engaging.
