On my arrival night, I had issues with navigating the train system which left me stranded at an alternate train station. I contacted the host. She in turn contacted a taxi driver that came from the neighboring city to pick me up from the train station and brought me to the property. I cannot thank Viviana enough for how she helped us so late in the evening and then she to ensure that we arrived and entered the property safely. She was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had and also checking in on us the next day to make sure that everything was to our liking in the apartment. It was a great day. The property was great and great location.
