"The first room we got smelled like cigarette even if it’s non-smoking room. But the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room.
Location is great. Close to tram and trajn station. There are nearby restaurants as well."

Fantastic hotel in Melbourne. Great location, clean rooms. Could not thank the staff more for how helpful they were. We arrived from the UK 7am and went to the hotel to just see if we could drop our bags for the day till check in. They luckily had a room already ready and let us just get entry right there and then. We only had 2 days in Melbourne so the ability to be able to rest for a bit and refresh really made our trip. Thank you so much!!

Very convenient to the CBD and all that Melbourne has to offer, yet far enough out to be relatively quiet. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially when I had an issue with a lost head towel .The hotel is simple in what it offers , clean tidy rooms of a good size but no frills. But that is not a criticism more an observation as for a budget Traveller it is a perfect hotel . Very close to the hotel are excellent cafes, coffee shops, Restaurants and only a 5min walk to the...

This hotel is in the Melbourne CBD, so it's convenient for train stations, trams. The room was spacious and clean. Towels were changed and teabags/coffee replaced every day. On arrival there was a small carton of milk which was very welcome when you just want a hot drink. Breakfast was a delight, everything you could want from a hot breakfast to a continent choice. Food was hot so nothing sitting too long and the choice of fruit was lovely. The staff clear tables all the time and food is...

Great location, and supermarkets nearby, room had everything we needed with kitchen and bathroom. Additional bonus there is a swimming pool, gym and laundry. Only dislike was the room felt dated with the sunset wardrobes, all of the websites show white modern wardrobes.

Great location in the middle of the CBD making it very easy to walk to activities, also close to trams, trains or buses if required.
Clean and spacious room and excellent staff. Very friendly and will always assist.

I would definitely recommend staying here, particularly if you are after a short stay or backpacker. My friends and I booked the quadruple family room, a large bed with two bunk beds. The price was great, cheaper than a hostel. The rooms were private, clean and the beds were very comfy. The rest of the facilities in the property were clean and convenient. Great location, tram stop outside and less than 10mins walk from the main fitzroy road. Can’t recommend this place enough, Alan and the team...

Great location, very spacious room. just think the water should have been free and not part of the minibar. Otherwise great, and we would definitely stay there again.
