The front desk staff was amazing but the lady at the cafe area was extremely unfriendly. So much so, she saw us watching tv, turned it off. Other than that, it was a pleasant be cruise stay. "

"There was an incident with the fire department late Sunday. It caused issues with the A/C, hot water, and electricity. The staff didn’t do a good job communicating these issues and when they would be fixed. "

"The room could've been a lot cleaner. Lot's of dust on surfaces, sewer smell coming from the bathtub, peeling lacquer on furniture. Signs of recent renovation done poorly."
