"We love the long pool at this hotel. But months after we made our reservation and shortly before our trip we got a message saying that they were using the pool for a music festival for two days of our stay and it would not be open to guests. And then they had the effrontery to charge us the resort fee for those days. Really disappointing treatment with no thought to accommodate the guests and I doubt we will stay there again. "

"Gorgeous view! Comfortable bed and pillows. However, the elevator was out and we were on the fifth floor. The sheets were too small for the bed. Every time we rolled out for the fitted sheet popped off! Horrible water pressure."
