"Our kids had a blast. The food was ok the drinks were very expensive. The atmosphere was cool. We stayed on the Adventure floor so we had a “party in the elevator” every time we took the elevator. We did go for spring break. It was crowded but there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s walking distance to the amusement/water park. All in all a good time. I wouldn’t stay longer than 2 days. "

"Our AC did not work properly the first night. I notified the front desk and was told maintenance would address it in the morning, but no one came. I had to follow up again, and it wasn’t fixed until around 2 PM the next day. I was also charged a $150 pet cleaning fee for our house-trained 12 lb dog, despite the room being noticeably dusty and well-used upon arrival. The outdoor trash bin was already about two-thirds full, leaving very little space for our trash during the stay. Additionally, I was charged a one-night fee to modify a reservation that I changed within 2 hours of booking. Neither Expedia nor the resort has been able to clearly resolve or take ownership of this issue. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, but the gun range staff was rude and disrespectful, which negatively impacted the experience."
