"There are a lot of budget not nice hotels in Kissimmee. I stayed at this hotel I was very impressed. The room was very nice very comfortable. I definitely would highly recommended this hotel if you are a tourist and you are guaranteed a nice room everything worked great tv air conditioning hot water no issues at this hotel. I met the staff all of them extremely friendly that is a plus. There is a pool I did not go in the pool there were people in there trying to cool down the temperature that day was in the low 90s. I would highly recommend this hotel as I mentioned there are low budget hotels in the area and most of them are not nice. I am looking forward to coming back and stayed here again sometime soon. A++"

"I would have liked the property to be better painted. One of the rooms had paint with stains, and the internet went down. Other than that, everything was good. Oh, and the main pool closes too early."

"This home is a dream for families traveling together. We had so much space in the house. Everyone loved having their own space to unwind but then we were able to come together for meals, games, and swimming. The playroom was a truly magical experience for my granddaughter. She stayed in there playing the entire time we were in the house. We spent an entire day at the resort pool. Our whole group was there for a single 35 resort fee. There was an enormous pool, a waterslide, and lazy river. The cafe at the pool was perfect for lunch, allowing us to relax and not have to leave the pool area. The host checked in with us frequently to make sure we were ok. There was a small hiccup with a door latch that wasn’t working but as soon as I texted the host, they sent someone right away and it was fixed in just a few minutes. We had way more room than we needed but we didn’t mind because everyone had such a great time!No ridiculous checkout procedures, easiest access instructions of any vacation rental we’ve ever done. Overall- 10/10!"

"The rooms are outdated & not the cleanest. We wish the kids area had a tv like the pirate hotel. We also were not able to stream on the tv. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good."
