Check-in , staff service, cleanliness , comfort and overall facilities were all top notch Check-in was done online and by doing so the room was available earlier than designated check-in time , which was a great help 2nd time this particular hotel has been used and both visits were great Handy for bus station, shops , Pavilion Theatre and Royal Concert Hall"

"Great stay for a night in Glasgow. Easy check in with good information. After a long day of travel and late check in, it was nice to be able to grab a late meal at the hotel before retiring. Bed and room were great as was the breakfast. "

"The room was very small and had a strange all in one shower and toilet combination. It was clean and with friendly staff though. All I needed was a bed for the night at a reasonable price however and this delivered that."

"The proximity to the station was excellent, literally the entrance is at Glasgow Central. A beautiful, gracious hotel, the rooms are clean, comfortable and large. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful and answer the questions I had. A stay here was a brilliant way to end my trip and I'd definitely choose this hotel if I visit Glasgow again. "
