"Had Room 66. The room felt like it had not been used for a while and needs a thorough clean. Collage of photos sent to Reception as requested (dusty surfaces including TV, cobwebs on almost every corner including bedside lamps, insects on shower walls. No photo of the spider that keeps popping out of the bathroom sink). I was told to email them photos when we checked out and will get back to us. No response from Guest Services to date. Check out and Check in was simple. Staff were great. "

The kids toys, netflix , access to the pool and lots of open space around made a huge difference when travelling with little kids with high energy. Will be back sometime!"
