"Situated in the medina, very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and the bathroom too but there is this sewer smell which is understandable because it’s an old riad and could have come through the open window from outside. "When we arrived, the booking was unavailable. They allowed us to stay in dated basic rooms. The WiFi was constantly down. The hot water was available only for a few hours a day. Breakfast was very basic. TV had no antenna so could not be used.
The staff were kind and helpful when needing assistance. Location is very good."
