"Conveniently located in the newer part of Fes, with shops & restaurants within a minute's walk. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent value for money."
"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"
"Amazing hotel great service, I was able to check in early. Room was clean, swimming pool was great and refreshing during the summer heat. Walkable to the train station. A bit noisy by the street windows weren’t sealed. But I would recommend and will book again when visiting Fes. Thanks"
"This isn't my first stay at the hotel. It has a brand perception that should be maintained. However, the breakfast offerings are lacking. I stayed in room 118 on the ground floor, and that room is in desperate need of renovation. In any other place in Europe, that room wouldn’t be used unless it had been refurbished!"
"I have been to this property many times and each time I cannot wait to return. Staff is friendly, thoughtful, helpful and professional. I love my stays and think of my time there as a treasure."

Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace
10/10 Excellent
"Updated and new hotel. About 15 minutes drive to city centre (madina). Friendly and very helpful staffs. "
"We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff very friendly & hotel well situated in city. Would recommend a room facing boulevard or pool."

"Nice place has a lot of potential.
Took more money than what agreed through Expedia.
Not the most helpful of people ask for ice on a couple of occasions to no help.
The fridge is terrible for keeping anything close to cold.
Asked for an iron but to no help.
They do not change the bedsheets on every occasion of housekeeping.
Get your money exchanged else where they don’t give a good rate.
They think customer service is a smile only.
For a four star hotel it behaves as a two star. "
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palais Medina Riad Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking architecture, which beautifully blends traditional Moroccan elegance with modern luxury. The atmosphere is serene, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile.

"The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. Feel sorry for the lovely guys at recption having to try and put some atmosphere into a place that is long past its best."
